General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online shop at www.tags-alpargatas.com.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.
Deviating conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop constitutes a binding offer.
The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:
- The desired goods are placed in the shopping cart.
- You reach the order overview via the corresponding button.
- There you can correct your entries at any time.
- By clicking the button "Order with obligation to pay" (or similar), you accept the offer.
This concludes the contract.
Immediately after sending the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
4. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
The contract language is German.
The contract text is not permanently stored by us. However, you will receive all relevant contract data as well as these GTC by email.
5. Subject of the Contract
5.1 Product Description
The respective product description is an essential part of the contract.
5.2 Product Presentation
Due to individual screen configurations, there may be slight deviations between the displayed and actual product colors.
6. Delivery Conditions
6.1 Delivery Area
We deliver within Germany and to other European countries.
6.2 Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free for orders over €100 (incl. VAT).
Further shipping costs will be shown in the order process.
6.3 Delivery
Delivery is exclusively by shipping to the specified delivery address.
Self-collection is not possible.
6.4 Transfer of Risk
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the consumer only upon delivery of the goods.
7. Prices and Payment Terms
7.1 Prices
The prices stated at the time of the order apply. All prices are total prices including statutory VAT.
7.2 Due Date
The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract unless otherwise agreed.
7.3 Default in Payment
For consumers:
In case of default in payment, we reserve the right to charge a reminder fee of €1.50 from the second reminder. You reserve the right to prove a lesser damage.
8. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
Prepayment
We will send you our bank details by email. Delivery will take place after receipt of payment.
Credit Card
The charge will be made immediately after placing the order.
Apple Pay
Payment via Apple Inc., Cupertino, USA.
Google Pay
Payment via Google Ireland Ltd., Ireland.
PayPal / PayPal Checkout
Payment processing is handled by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg.
Shopify Payments / Stripe
Payment processing is handled by Shopify or Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland.
Klarna
If offered, payment is made via Klarna Bank AB, Sweden.
Klarna may perform credit checks.
9. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
10. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.
You are requested to check the goods for completeness and obvious defects upon delivery. Your statutory claims remain unaffected.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation:
- in case of injury to life, body or health
- in case of intent or gross negligence
- in case of guarantee promises
- according to product liability law
In the event of slight negligence in breaching essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), liability is limited to the foreseeable damage.
Otherwise, liability is excluded.
12. Choice of Law
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers, this applies only insofar as it does not restrict mandatory legal provisions of the country of residence.
13. Dispute Resolution
We are not obliged and unwilling to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
14. Final Provisions (Severability Clause)
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The statutory provisions shall take the place of the invalid regulation.
15. Accessibility
We strive to make our online shop as accessible as possible.
As a micro-enterprise according to § 12 BITV, we are currently exempt from certain legal requirements.
