Tags are hand-made in Mexico. Here at Tags Europe we have some models and sizes in stock, everything else has to be ordered with a delivery time of 2-4 weeks. We always try to deliver everything as quickly as possible, but ask for your understanding as delays can occur due to long freight routes and customs regulations.

The shoes don't fit? Please check first whether an insole will help? Commercially available soles (leather or synthetic) can often compensate for half a shoe size and hopefully the shoes will fit and we can avoid having to return them. If you do have to send your shoes back, please contact us: we will of course take the goods back and refund your money.
